I made no secret of that fact that we had never been to Norfolk when we ventured there at the end of January for a weekend break with friends.  Oh the surprise and outrage this sparked from Instagram; “Never been to Norfolk? What have you been doing with your life?” Good question. I wanted to see what all the excitement was about, so we ventured around the M25 (clockwise if you’re asking) and up the A11 for a weekend adventure…..

Ok, maybe that title is a little misleading. I mean it should read “almost anything”, but that wouldn’t be very punchy would it? I decided to just go the whole hog with the title of this one and then slowly back out of the “anything” concept by trying to explain myself a little better. As far as trying to fix my body after trauma and improve my fertility goes, I will try anything. There, make more sense?

When we think of Valentine’s Day, I think we are programmed to think about a day designed for the lovers of this world.  Husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends and basically anyone we care to fancy the pants off of?!  What if it didn’t have to be about that though?  What if it could just be about who we love, the “people” for whom we care the most, who we couldn’t get through each day without.  It will be no secret to anyone reading this that, for me, that “person” is about thirty centimetres tall, snores loudly and wakes each day with an abundance of enthusiasm for life like no one I have ever known before.  I am, of course, talking about Boris; my one and only.

Just because you see a rainbow, and it’s beautiful, and it’s wonderful, and it makes your heart smile; it doesn’t mean that the rain didn’t just happen.  It did.  Everything is soaked, including you.

Of course, I’m not talking about the weather, am I?  No, I am talking about babies (no surprises there then?!).  What I want to say here may not come out in the intended way; but I am going to give it my best shot and see what happens.  Obviously we want another baby, quite badly now I might add.  Teddy should have been two in May, even if he had lived; I think I still would have hoped I was pregnant with another healthy pregnancy by now.  Alas, neither.
